Nowadays ,the process of radial NdFeB ring is stability through batch testing,and suitable for industrial

scale production, our company has been formed the mature radial ring magnet. Ring Magnet Magnetized

in Radial Direction is developed successfully which is using the shaping method by new multipole 

radiation orientation, and meets different requirements of permanent motors. Fundamentally changed the

past situation that radial ring of magnet only relied on the magnetic tile assembly, greatly improve the

performance of the motor.

Sen Long has developed a unique hot extrusion process to produce radially oriented anisotropic Nd-Fe-B

ring magnets.A variety of magnetic pole distribution. The magnetic ring magnet has the highest level of energy,

high heat resistance,it does not occur corrosion from internal of the product.
